Guerrera. <br /> At the January 26, 2000 Public Hearings,the Board voted to take the petitions under <br /> advisement until February 9, 2000 in order to conduct research on other contiguously , <br /> owned lots in the area. w� <br /> At the February 9, 2000 Public Hearings, Mr. Govoni read a letter from Attorney Hazel <br /> on behalf of the Doorys, who are abutters in opposition to the proposal. Attorney <br /> Hazel's correspondence acknowledged that the subject lots were held in common <br /> ownership by the petitioner, and that the Zoning By-laws land space requirements were <br /> �� 414 .. <br />
