Trust; <br /> according to the deed filed with the Registry District she resides at 120 University <br /> Avenue, Los Altos, California 94022. <br /> d. The defendant James Salzer is one of three trustees of D.S. Trust; <br /> according to the deed filed with the Registry District he resides at 525 East 86" <br /> Street, 49C, New York, New York 10028. <br /> e. The trustees (hereinafter called "Trustees") are the owners of Lot 171 as <br /> shown on subdivision pian No. 11408-24 (Sheet 2) dated April 26, 1962 and filed <br /> with the Land Registration Office at Boston.
