Her mother was owner of the subject properties and paid taxes on the lots with <br /> the intention of passing the lots on to some of her 11 children. Mrs. Hicks said that she <br /> became owner of the lots after her mother died. Amanda Way was paved and several <br /> family members developed lots on Amanda Way. <br /> Mr. Govoni informed Mrs. Hicks that an applicant must develop within 8 years after the C " l le <br /> w <br /> r Planning Board's approval of a subdivision.
