Guerrera. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants and stated <br /> that the existing dwelling is two feet away from the property line. The proposal calls for <br /> the removal of the existing deck and construction of a 14x 12-foot addition that will be <br /> four feet from the property line. Another proposed addition of 11x17 feet will conform to <br /> the setback requirements. The existing garage will become part of the house and the <br /> four-bedroom home will be reduced to a three-bedroom home. A new septic system will p' R <br /> also be installed. The lot coverage will decrease by 1.2%with the proposal. '' <br /> Mrs. Kent and her son, Brian Kent who is an abutter, attended the meeting. They <br /> expressed concern with the proposal blocking their waterview. Mr. Slavinsky stated that <br /> the applicant is not proposing a second floor to the existing one-floor dwelling. Mrs. <br /> Kent and her son had no objection to the project.
