Lawton SP-00-21 89 Industrial Drive <br /> Map 88 Block 27 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 22, 1999 by Robert A. Lawton of Lincoln, <br /> Rhode Island for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.G.9 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow for outside storage of waterworks materials (hydrants, pipe, fittings) on property <br /> located in an I-1 zoning district at 89 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Block 27)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 4 and February <br /> 11, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. I' <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on li <br /> ISI iiI <br /> Wednesday, February 23, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning I! II <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Frederick R. I �' <br /> il! I <br /> Borgeson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of j <br /> i <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. i4 <br /> jl i II <br /> Attorney Brian Garner of Dunning and Kirrane law firm represented the applicant <br /> and stated that the applicant is a main waterworks supplier of municipalities.
