McNeil of I <br /> Indian Rocks Beach, Florida for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> ' I <br /> for permission to vary the front setback, side setback, rear setback and lot coverage <br /> requirements to allow for additions to an existing dwelling on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 30 Jackbon Road(Map 90 Block 95)Mashpee, MA. <br /> I <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a j I' <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 18 and February <br /> 25, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> i <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella E. Elizenberry,Frederick R. Borgeson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. III <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> i <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of j <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicants and I <br /> I it <br /> submitted photos of the house. He stated that theproposed addition of the garage would j <br /> be constructed on the side of the lot that borders a paper street and an open space j <br /> subdivision. Mr. Slavinskystated that the applicants propose to cut down trees on the <br /> pp P p <br /> Paper street in order to access the proposed garage. The Board reviewed the plans and �! <br /> informed Mr. Slavinsky that the applicants cannot cut down trees on property that they do <br /> not own.
