(Dick &Ellie's Flea Market <br /> 650 Falmouth Road <br /> SP-00-82 Map 81 Block 4 !' <br /> it I ! <br /> A Petition was filed on February 8, 2000 by Salrama, Inc. of Lancaster, <br /> Massachusetts fora I '!lil <br /> Renewal of the Modification to the Special Permit(SP-95-32)to !'I <br /> allow canopies and tent covers to remain overnight on property located in a C-1 zoning <br /> district at 650 Falmouth Road(Map 81 Block 4)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Mashpee Investors, LLC.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General II <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, I' <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> I! <br /> I <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town ofNil <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> ,I <br /> I ail, <br /> Mr. Mike Salvi represented the application and stated that Salrama, Inc. is <br /> requesting permission to leave tent poles and canopies overnight on the subject property. <br /> The Board expressed concern with several unresolved issues, including the untidy i! <br /> appearance of the property. The Board voted unanimously to conduct an on-site Public <br /> Hearing at 650 Falmouth Road on April 3, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. The Board also voted " 'I <br /> unanimously to continue the hearing until April 12, 2000. .I <br /> A Public Hearing was held on April 3, 2000 at 650 Falmouth Road. Board �I <br /> members present were Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Board Member Robert G. <br /> Il; <br /> Nelson, Associate Members Zella E. Elizenberry, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. 1 <br /> Brem. Michael Salvi and Joseph Marrama of Salrama, Inc. attended the meeting. <br /> Building Commissioner William F.
