His partner, Joseph Marrama, also attended the meeting. Mr. Salvi said that <br /> everything on the list, with the exception of the relocation of the grader,has been <br /> accomplished. The grader must remain on the property in the event of washouts. Mr. <br /> Salvi asked the Board for permission to leave the grader in its current location and to <br /> enclose it with fencing. <br /> The Board members agreed that Messrs. Salvi and Marrama have worked hard to j <br /> rectify the issues raised by the Board. <br /> I , <br /> n <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on April 12, 2000 to grant the Renewal of the Modification to a Special <br /> Permit for the season of 2000. The grant of the Renewal of the Modification to a Special i <br /> Ii <br /> Permit is expressly conditioned upon compliance with the limitations and conditions <br /> imposed herein and as follows: <br /> 'I ill i ii <br /> I. that the applicant must comply with the existing conditions of the Special Permit <br /> SP-98-31, most recently modified by Special Permit SP-99-33. <br /> 2. that the renewal of the Modification to a Special Permit expires on October 31, 2000. <br /> I that the applicant shall post a$5,000 Performance Security to guarantee: <br /> a. that the subject property is kept in a neat and clean manner, including final <br /> cleanup at the end of the 2000 season. f <br /> b. that the tent poles will be removed at the end of the 2000 season. <br /> i <br /> c. that any fees owed to the Town of Mashpee including, but not limited to, Private � <br /> Duty Police Detail and the Board of Selectmen, are paid up to date. I' <br /> 4. that the applicant must request release of the Performance Security in writing to the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals office after final inspection and approval by the Building ;!j <br /> Commissioner. ; , � <br /> 5. that the applicant must petition the Zoning Board of Appeals prior to the 2001 season <br /> for a Renewal of the Modification to a Special Permit. <br /> 6. that the Board has authority to grant or deny a Renewal of the Modification to a j <br /> Special Permit. <br /> i <br /> 7. that the Board voted to strike Item 3 from the April 3, 2000 list and replace it with j <br /> "the grader will be enclosed with green fencing". <br /> , I <br /> _ I <br />
