At the continued hearings on April 12, 2000, Mr. Michael Salvi represented his I;I application. His partner, Joseph Marrama, also attended the meeting. Mr. Salvi said that everything on the list, with the exception of the relocation of the grader,has been accomplished. The grader must remain on the property in the event of washouts. Mr. Salvi asked the Board for permission to leave the grader in its current location and to enclose it with fencing. The Board members agreed that Messrs. Salvi and Marrama have worked hard to j rectify the issues raised by the Board. I , n Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 12, 2000 to grant the Renewal of the Modification to a Special Permit for the season of 2000. The grant of the Renewal of the Modification to a Special i Ii Permit is expressly conditioned upon compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed herein and as follows: 'I ill i ii I. that the applicant must comply with the existing conditions of the Special Permit SP-98-31, most recently modified by Special Permit SP-99-33. 2. that the renewal of the Modification to a Special Permit expires on October 31, 2000. I that the applicant shall post a$5,000 Performance Security to guarantee: a. that the subject property is kept in a neat and clean manner, including final cleanup at the end of the 2000 season. f b. that the tent poles will be removed at the end of the 2000 season. i c. that any fees owed to the Town of Mashpee including, but not limited to, Private � Duty Police Detail and the Board of Selectmen, are paid up to date. I' 4. that the applicant must request release of the Performance Security in writing to the Zoning Board of Appeals office after final inspection and approval by the Building ;!j Commissioner. ; , � 5. that the applicant must petition the Zoning Board of Appeals prior to the 2001 season for a Renewal of the Modification to a Special Permit. 6. that the Board has authority to grant or deny a Renewal of the Modification to a j Special Permit. i 7. that the Board voted to strike Item 3 from the April 3, 2000 list and replace it with j "the grader will be enclosed with green fencing". , I _ I
