Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, <br /> l ,I <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> I Iii <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> IL <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the ! ,i <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j <br /> The Board received a request from Cape& Islands Engineering on behalf of the <br /> applicant for a continuance of the hearing. The Board voted unanimously to continue the <br /> hearing until April 26, 2000. <br /> At the Public Hearings on April 26, 2000, Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands <br /> I; I <br /> Engineering represented the applicant and submitted photos of the lot. Trash, cars and <br /> other debris have been dumped on the site for years. Mr. Webster, new owner of the lot, <br /> also attended the meeting. He stated that the lot would be cleared prior to the construction I' <br /> of a new home. <br /> The Conservation Commission required delineation of the saltwater habitat.
