Proposed lot coverage would be 8% of the 41,000 square lot. <br /> Mr. Ron Francour, an abutter, expressed approval of the proposal and mentioned <br /> that he was happy that something was being done to improve the appearance of the lot. j <br /> No other comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 407 Monomoscoy Road and consists of <br /> 41,400 square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> I <br /> 1. that the Board has granted a Variance from the setback requirements q ements to the I I <br /> water and wetlands. <br /> lu <br /> 2. that the installation of a new septic system would be an improvement to the lot Ij <br /> and to the neighborhood. <br /> 3. that the demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new <br /> Ii <br /> dwelling would be an improvement to the lot and to the neighborhood. <br /> ISI , ji <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on April 26, <br /> 2000 to grant a Special Permit.
