Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 14, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and <br /> ' I <br /> Marshall A. Brem. This Petition was continued from the Public Hearings held on March <br /> 22, 2000 and May 10, 2000 at the request of the Applicant. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Robert F. Mills of Wynn&Wynn,P.C. and Mr. Sanicki of Cape& <br /> Islands Engineering represented the applicant. Mr. Mycock also attended the meeting. <br /> Attorney Mills stated that the plan for construction of two buildings complies with all ofTi <br /> the landspace requirements (as required in §174-31 of the Zoning By-laws)in terms of lot <br /> size, lot coverage, density, front, side and rear setback requirements. j <br /> The Design Review Committee held several meetings on the proposal, including <br /> an on-site meeting. The plan has been revised with the elimination of 6 parking spaces, <br /> reduction by 600 square feet of the size of one of the buildings and provision of a larger ! ji <br /> I, <br />
