Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, afi <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 3 and March 10, I <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 22, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson <br /> and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A Section <br /> p 9 and the Town of , <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. f <br /> I I, <br /> Mr. Rob Dougherty represented the application and stated that he leases part of ! <br /> the Mashpee Commerce Center building. Mr. Dougherty is seeking permission to erect a ! <br /> fence to allow for outside storage <br /> g of wholesale PVC plumbing supplies.
