Brem were not present. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Gary& Zaida G. Vitale—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Santuit Pond on <br /> property located in an R-5 zoning district at 43 Santuit Land(Map 30 Block 5)Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. I ~' <br /> The Board received a fax dated April 26, 2000 from Cape & Islands Engineering on � .w <br /> behalf of the applicants requesting a Withdrawal of their Petition.
