The lot is in the Popponesset Overly district and has two <br /> front yards and two sidelines. Variance relief is being requested from the front and side r <br /> setback requirements to allow for construction of the new, 1-%2 story dwelling. 20% lot <br /> coverage is proposed. Mr. Hauck confirmed the setback requirements for the lot. He <br /> also stated that if the height of a proposed building is close to the 30-foot height limit,the <br /> Building Department requires an engineer to certify the height of the peak by instrument. <br /> Mr. Kuchinski stated that the existing structure on the lot would be demolished and <br /> replaced with a three-bedroom, Cape-style home.
