't• r <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to allow for construction of the four-bedroom home, subject to the kf- <br /> following: <br /> • as shown on plan with the most recent revision date of 5/3/00, r" •4' � <br /> • until such time that the new construction is completed,the existing dwelling <br /> shall be allowed to remain on the subject lot. <br /> • once the new construction is completed, the old dwelling shall be demolished <br /> and construction of the garage can commence. <br /> • an occupancy permit from the Building Department shall not be issued until <br /> after demolition of the old dwelling and complete construction of the new <br /> home. ��:.'�•�r <br /> • the existing shed as shown on plan is not approved by the ZBA at this time <br /> and must be either demolished or removed from the lot. <br /> • the applicant has the right to request a Variance from the ZBA for installation i* <br /> of the shed at a later time. <br /> • the Board grants the applicant a Variance to exceed the 20% lot coverage.
