Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> Attorney Robert Mills represented the applicant and submitted photos of the existing <br /> structure. Stakes on the site indicate the proposed construction. Ms. Arlene Wilson, <br /> architect, also attended the meeting on behalf of the applicant and stated that the entire <br /> lot lies within the ACEC. <br /> The Board of Health and the Conservation Commission have approved the plan. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. a <br /> 11 <br /> I'll i <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 12 feet from the setback requirements to the ' <br /> water and wetlands, subject to criteria 1, 2, 3 and findings 1, 2, 3 and that the installation <br /> of a new denitrification system would be an improvement to the property. Mr. Govoni <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Mr. 's <br /> Govoni seconded.
