Ms. Megan Raymond of LEC <br /> Environmental Consultants represented the applicant and stated that the Conservation <br /> Commission has approved the project subject to ZBA approval and payment of all back <br /> taxes. Ms. Raymond submitted a new plan with a full perimeter survey of the entire lot <br /> to establish the exact location of the property boundaries and the exact location of the ' <br /> proposed building. <br /> Ms. Raymond stated that the subject property is bordered on three sides by saltmarsh. <br /> Proposed lot coverage is 5.5%. The Board of Health has approved installation of a <br /> denitrification system. '!{t <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant a Variance of 30 feet on the easterly side of the lot and a <br /> Variance of 46 feet on the westerly side of the lot, subject to plan with last revision date <br /> of 5/8/00 and criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 2, 3 and payment of all back taxes.
