He stated that the Conservation Commission approved ;u M <br /> construction of the house on the subject lot approximately eight months ago. A staircase <br /> along the bank with a pier, ramp and float is proposed. On May 10, 2000, The Board received a letter from the applicant requesting that <br /> the Board grant a Variance,pending delivery of the certified plan to the Board. The <br /> Board voted unanimously to deny the request and to continue the hearing until June 14, ; . <br /> 2000. <br /> d <br /> pub <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> Mr. Daley represented his application and stated that he is requesting a Variance to allow <br /> for construction of a deck because his lot is surrounded on three sides by streets. A <br /> setback of 30 feet is required from the street. Mr. Daley said that the existing deck was ' <br /> granted a Variance 12 years ago. <br /> Mr.Nelson checked the plan for the exact setback figures of the proposed construction <br /> .N!,r <br /> and discovered that the plan shows the existing dwelling is 25.7' from the street.
