Smith—Request a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of N� " <br /> the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the front setback requirements and the setback <br /> requirements from the water and wetlands to allow for construction of a single-family <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 266 Monomoscoy Road <br /> (Map 120 Block 57B)Mashpee; MA. <br /> Continued from March 8, April 26 and May 10 to allow the applicant an opportunity to <br /> ;;,�;, • <br /> receive Conservation Commission approval. Brem. • <br /> If <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> submitted returned certified receipts from the Waterways Commission,the Shellfish <br /> Constable and the Harbormaster.
