Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G Nelson. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> submitted certified receipts from the Waterways Commission,the Shellfish Constable <br /> and the Harbormaster. No Variance is being requested for construction of the pier, ramp <br /> and float. The Conservation Commission and the Shellfish Constable have approved the •° <br /> project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and plan <br /> with final revision date of 4/10/00. Govoni, Robert G.Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and stated <br /> that the existing lot coverage is 22.1% and that the proposed lot coverage would bei„�� <br /> 26.8%. A new septic system would be installed. Mr. East also attended the meeting. <br /> Mr. Govoni questioned if the applicant could legally build on the small 2,250 square-foot tl1'' !k�ri <br /> lot. Mr. Wheeler stated that it was allowed under the By-laws because there is an <br /> existing house on the lot. Mr. Wheeler also confirmed the exact setback figures. <br /> Mr. East clarified Mr. Borgeson's question regarding the history of some of the abutting <br /> owners. + �� <br /> Mr. Brad Caffyn expressed interest in the application and reviewed the plans. <br />
