Mashpee Zoning Minutes—June 14, 2000 6 SOON, <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant the following: <br /> 1. a Variance of 12 feet from the front setback requirements. <br /> 2. a Variance of 10 feet 2 inches from the southerly sideline. 4° <br /> 3. a Variance of 13 feet 10 inches from the northerly sideline. yl <br /> 4. a Variance of 6.8% from the lot coverage requirements. �►"'"!U <br /> Subject to criteria 3, 4 and that installation of a new septic system would be an all <br /> improvement to the property.
