East, Jr. and Allison Pat East <br /> of Sudbury, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure to allow for construction of a <br /> single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 22 Wilson's Grove <br /> (Map 118 Block 75)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 26 and June 2, <br /> 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 14, 2000, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of 1 <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout:Edward M. Govoni, Robert G.Nelson and <br /> Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan stepped down and left the room. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant and <br /> stated that a new single-family home would be constructed after demolition of the <br /> existing dwelling on the subject property. Proposed lot coverage would be 26.8%. <br /> Installation of a new septic system is planned. Mr. East attended the meeting. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 22 Wilson's Grove and consists of 2,250 <br /> square feet. <br /> 4 <br />
