He 19 <br /> " , <br /> referred to the plans and clarified the footprint of the existing house and the proposed <br /> construction. The proposed lot coverage would be reduced from 27%to 24.7%. A new <br /> septic system would replace the existing cesspool. Mr. Sanicki said that the proposed <br /> two-story construction would not go any closer to the water than the existing dwelling. <br /> Mr. Borgeson stated that he visited the lot and that the proposal would blend in well with w ►�If <br /> surrounding homes in the area. ' <br /> �I+II <br /> The Board of Health and the Conservation Commission have approved the project. <br /> .r <br /> pier arlll� <br /> No comments were received from abutters. .. <br /> q iwlui <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 4.7% from the lot coverage re requirements and a <br /> Variance of 50 feet from the frontage requirements on Dean's Hollow Road subject to <br /> criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 2, 3, 4, and that the lot coverage would be reduced from <br /> .27% and that a new septic system would be an improvement to the property.
