All agreed. <br /> py,r <br /> William Farrington—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning �"��, <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the lot size requirements to allow for construction <br /> of a single-family home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 42 Jonas <br /> Drive (Map 46 Block 75) Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Richardson Jonas. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Frederick R. Borgeson. '+� „I <br /> A'+ <br /> Mr. Farrington represented his application. The Conservation Commission has approved "01 <br /> the proposal. Several years ago, the Board granted Variances for development of five <br /> lots in the subject area. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 3,054 square feet from the lot size requirements, <br /> subject to criteria 2, 3, 4 and findings 2, 3, 4. Mr.Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> INFORMAL HEARING <br /> Mr.Michael Crowe of Cayuga Avenue asked the Board on whether he should file one or E N <br /> aiII�C� <br /> two requests for a Variance from the lot size requirements. Mr. Crowe said that he <br /> bought two separate lots and constructed his present home on one of the lots. He is <br /> seeking permission for a Variance in order to use the abutting lot as a buildable lot. <br /> ,P"/ 'pri <br /> Mr. Govoni questioned when the lots were purchased and if a deed search was conducted. <br /> Mr. Wheeler said that at one time the lots were separate, buildable lots. When Mr. Crowe <br /> built his house, the engineered plans show that the lots were combined into one buildable <br /> lot. Mr. Wheeler told Mr. Crowe to submit deeds on both lots going back several years <br /> to ownership by Mr. Labute. A deed search would determine whether or not the lots can <br /> be divided. Messrs. Brem and Borgeson agreed with Mr. Govoni that a new lot can not <br /> be created because of the new Zoning By-laws. <br /> Robert J. V. & Donna M. Roche -Request a Special Permit under 174-2519 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Great River on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 6 Great River Road(Map 120 Block 62) <br /> Mashpee, MA. This Petition is scheduled for July 12, 2000 Public Hearings. <br /> Mr.Roche is requesting waiver of engineered plans. The Conservation Commission has <br /> accepted and approved the plans that Mr. Roche drew himself. <br />
