Borgeson. �� 1 <br /> The Board received a fax on September 19, 1999 from the applicant requesting a <br /> continuance of the hearing until November 10, 1999. At the Public Hearings on <br /> September 22, 1999,the Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing until <br /> November 10, 1999. CI , <br /> On November 3, 1999,the Board received a request from the applicant for a continuance <br /> of his hearing until December 8, 1999. Brady—Request a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the setback requirements from water and wetlands to <br /> allow for construction of an attached garage with a den and deck overhead on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 256 Monomoscoy Road(Map 120 Block 56) �'- <br /> Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Richard P. Brady, et al Trustees. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. Mr.. Govoni m <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Brady represented their application. Mr. Brady stated that they desire to <br /> construct an attached garage and deck and expand their existing living space.
