Roche SP-00-143 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 6 Great River Road and consists of 5,075 <br /> square feet. r <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> 1. that replacement of the existing cesspool and installation of a new septic <br /> system farther away from the water and wetlands would be an improvement to <br /> the property and to the neighborhood. <br /> 2. that the new construction would be farther away from the water and wetlands <br /> than the existing dwelling. <br /> 3. that the new constructs <br /> on would stand at a higher elevation than the existing <br /> II <br /> dwelling. ! <br /> 4. that the Board has granted the Petitioner a Variance of 38 feet from the <br /> setback requirements to the water and wetlands and a Variance of 4.3% from <br /> f� <br /> the lot coverage requirements. I' <br /> i <br /> 5. that the new construction would be more in conformance with current Zoning <br /> By-laws. i <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 12, <br /> 2000 to grant the Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance <br /> with the following: <br /> 1. Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled"Septic System Upgrade, <br /> Proposed Sewage Disposal System Prepared for Robert Roche, Hse. <br /> No. 6 Great River Rd., Mashpee—Mass.,Plan No. 051200, Date: May 12, <br /> ;I <br /> 2000,Rev'd 5-18-00 and 6-16-00". <br /> 2. installation of the fence on the northerly property line shall not exceed 6 feet <br /> in height. <br /> i <br /> ir <br />
