Board Members present were Vice Chairman <br /> James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G.Nelson, and Associate Members Richard T. <br /> Guerrera and Marshall A. Brem.Building Commissioner William F. Hauck also attended y <br /> the meeting. Chairman Edward M. Govoni and Associate Members Zella E. Elizenberry �' <br /> and Frederick R. Borgeson were not in attendance. <br /> ANNUAL REORGANIZATION <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to nominate Edward M. Govoni as Chairman. Mr. Brem seconded. I' <br /> All agreed. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to nominate James E. Regan III as Vice Chairman. Mr. Brem <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Guerrera moved to nominate Robert G.Nelson as Clerk. All <br /> agreed. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGSgilo <br /> Gemarko RealtTrust—Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.8 and <br /> 174-25.G.6 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction and operation of a retail <br /> M- Imp, , <br /> plumbing supply and storage business on property located in a C-2 zoning district at <br /> 11 Echo Road (Map 20 Block 47)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E.
