Mr. Govoni <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> The Board proceeded to discuss the proposal at great length. Mr. Brem stated that he is <br /> opposed to the project and expressed concern with its impact on the neighborhood and 'Ia <br /> the potential loss of the motel tax. Messrs.
