Mashpee Zoning Minutes—Monday,August 21, 2000 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mr. Vetter agreed and said that he did not anticipate full capacity of the motel at any one <br /> time and that none of the fold-out couches in the units would be utilized. He also said <br /> that New Seabury Properties does have other housing available for its employees. "4 <br /> Mr. Brem questioned if any families would be housed at the motel. Mr. Vetter said that " °"'J°k* <br /> only the cottage would house families. The proposal is to have a manager and his/her . <br /> family staying at the cottage. Managers would be on a rotating basis. <br /> "t:: <br /> Mr. Peters said that he was worried about the increase in cars and traffic. Mr. Vetter said <br /> that New Seabury Properties is running shuttle buses to and from New Bedford for some <br /> of its staff now. New employees arriving by plane and/or with visas would not own cars. <br /> Mr. Vetter said that New Seabury does not have room to park extra cars either; and that it <br /> would continue to run shuttle buses to and from the motel and New Seabury for its <br /> employees. <br /> v,mall <br /> Mr. Brem questioned what the employees would do in their spare time. Mr. Vetter said a <br /> that they would be able to use the New Seabury facilities and the shuttle bus. 6rl�ra <br /> I <br /> Mr. Brem referenced a 1983 decision regarding a fence that was to be installed. Attorney ""'+JL, <br /> Mills indicated that the decision had never been recorded at the Barnstable County <br /> II°li l: <br /> Registry of Deeds. <br /> Mr. Peters reiterated that he would like the motel to be run as it has been by the Soliz <br /> family. He said that because he does not know Mr. Vetter, he can not be sure that New ri� II <br /> Seabury Properties could be trusted to keep its word.
