(Continued from September 'w <br /> 13, 2000 Public Hearings to allow Petitioner an opportunity to receive Conservation <br /> Commission approval). <br /> ..L I <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Frederick R. Borgeson. Idyl <br /> I <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> the project calls for removal of the three dilapidated piers, construction of new piers and uto <br /> ay..' <br /> repair of existing bulkheads on the subject property. No Variance relief is being N" <br /> requested. <br /> The Conservation Commission and Shellfish Constable have approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. N <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to plan dated 7/27/00 and <br /> revised 8/10/00 and findings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Affordable Housing Committee Representative <br /> Mr. Guerrera recommended that the Board appoint Ms. Elizenberry as a Representative upl illi <br /> to the Affordable Housing Committee. Mr. Govoni moved to appoint Ms.Elizenberry to <br /> serve as a Representative to the Affordable Housing Committee. Mr. Regan seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> 1 <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to appoint Mr.Nelson to serve as an alternate to the committee. Mr. <br /> Guerrera seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to have Mr. Regan attend the Design Review Committee meetings <br /> while Mr. Govoni is away on vacation. Mr. Guerrera seconded.
