Mashpee Zoning Minutes—October 4, 2000 8 ! <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mildred Cpm <br /> pbell-Bornas—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the lot coverage requirements to allow for construction { <br /> of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 48 Nick Trail <br /> p, J <br /> (Map 117 Block 330)Mashpee, MA. �!°w�° <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> Attorney Mark Gildea represented the Petition along with the engineer,Mr. Kuchinski, .. <br /> and the builder, Mr. Tarabelli. <br /> On April 26, 2000,the ZBA granted a Variance (V-00-103) from the side setback .; <br /> requirements to allow for construction of a single-family home on the subject property. <br /> Due to an oversight on the part of the engineer,the correct calculation of the proposed lot ,u �u <br /> coverage was not included on the plan. <br /> 'Ilk <br /> The Petitioner is now seeking a Variance of 9% from the lot coverage requirements. <br /> Abutters were duly notified and notification was published on September 15 and <br /> September 22, 2000 in the Mashpee Enterprise. There are no other changes to the <br /> proposal. The Conservation Commission has approved the project. 1 <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 9% from the lot coverage requirements, subject <br /> to criteria 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 3, 4 and that installation of a new septic system would be <br /> an improvement to the property, with reference to correction of Variance, V-00-103. Mr. M�d° <br /> Guerrera seconded. All agreed. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Gary D. &Zaida G.Vitale—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a walkway,ramp and float on Santuit Pond <br /> on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 43 Santuit Lane (Map 30 Block 5) "` + <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Continued from the August 9, 2000 Public Hearings to allow the <br /> Petitioner an opportunity to receive Conservation Commission approval). <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E.
