Mr. Borgeson confirmed that he <br /> had visited the site and that the trailer would be visible from Route 28 and would have to <br /> be screened. <br /> Ms. Burgess said that she would not want to locate the trailer in the back of the building �d <br /> where the World Gym proposes to have its entrance. The owner of the World Gym said that <br /> it would affect his customers' parking. <br /> No other comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to continue the Petition until December 13, 2000. Mr. Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed. „ra <br /> Carl MacDonald—Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to vary the setback requirements to water and wetlands to allow for <br /> construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 165 <br /> West Way(Map 82 Block 11)Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Florence J. Mileikis. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Frederick R. Borgeson. ; <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petition. The <br /> definition of the wetlands has been changed to include to the top of the coastal bank. The <br /> flood zone determines the top of the coastal bank. The Conservation Commission has <br /> approved the project. <br /> Mr. Hauck confirmed that wetlands, as defined in Chapter 131 Section 40, includes �pl!N,p,l,roi <br /> wetlands, dunes, coastal banks and waters inundated by flood. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Borgeson said that he visited the site.
