However, <br /> the Building Commissioner informed the new owners that the block foundation would <br /> not provide sufficient support to the dwelling. Plans were changed to demolish the <br /> existing dwelling, replace the foundation and reconstruct a new building within the same 0 <br /> footprint. ; <br /> On October 13, 1999,the ZBA granted the Petitioner a Variance, V-99-71, of 23.6 feet <br /> nl <br /> from the setback requirements to the water and wetlands to allow for construction of the <br /> home. The proposal met all other By-law requirements.
