Guerrera. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated <br /> that the dwelling is very old and dilapidated with an old cesspool and well pit on the <br /> subject property. The proposal calls for demolition of the existing dwelling and ""1114* <br /> reconstruction of a new single-family home and installation of a new Title V septic �° <br /> system. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky said that the subject property does not meet current lot size requirements <br /> of 80,000 square feet. No Variance from height, lot coverage or setback requirements is <br /> being requested. Mr. and Mrs. Pocknett also attended the meeting. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. :) <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Variance of 55,600 square feet from the lot size <br /> requirements, subject to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 3, 4.
