Govoni;Regan and Borgeson visited the subject property on October 10, 2000 <br /> and agreed that a landing or platform is needed to ensure safe egress and ingress. Mr. <br /> Govoni said that stairs and railings would lead down from the platform and would <br /> encroach just a few feet further. <br /> VIII,,, <br /> Mr. Regan moved to allow construction of a deck to an existing dwelling 18.3 feet from <br /> the water and wetlands. Variance is subject to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 2, 3, 4 H, <br /> and that state code requires the installation of a landing to a door that swings out from the <br /> dwelling. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. VIII °SIA+Iii <br /> The Mattress &Furniture Place <br /> Mr. Wheeler indicated that he was investigating the site. �� Ppuui9di <br /> Mr. Hauck stated that the owner asked for permission to operate as a warehouse <br /> manufacturer with 60% storage/assembling furniture and 40%retail. The By-law allows <br /> for only 40% retail in an Industrial building. Mr. Hauck said that the owner requested <br /> assembly/storage with 40%retail.
