Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. VIII °SIA+Iii <br /> The Mattress &Furniture Place <br /> Mr. Wheeler indicated that he was investigating the site. �� Ppuui9di <br /> Mr. Hauck stated that the owner asked for permission to operate as a warehouse <br /> manufacturer with 60% storage/assembling furniture and 40%retail. The By-law allows <br /> for only 40% retail in an Industrial building. Mr. Hauck said that the owner requested <br /> assembly/storage with 40%retail.
