He said that"8 inches above 13"would be the top of foundation and is the <br /> natural grade. The Variance is conditioned upon the Petitioner requesting from the ZBA approval <br /> to make any changes in grading after having received Conservation Commission <br /> approval for it. Mr. Regan seconded.
