Mr. Regan „fir,:.• <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the Petition and stated that the �Alf" <br /> proposal calls for construction of a new home within the ACEC. The Conservation <br /> Commission has approved the project. The Board of Health has approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> , <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Variance of 50 feet from the setback requirements to the <br /> water and wetlands, subject to criteria 1, 2, 3, 4 and findings 1, 2, 3, 4. Mr. Govoni >, <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to grant a Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 3, 6, 7. Mr. Govoni <br /> seconded. Conservation has <br /> approved plan with a final revision date of 9/28/00. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated that the lot lies within the ACEC.
