Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. Anthony Ferragamo, architect for the project, represented the Petition. Messrs. Mark <br /> C. Gildea and Robert Clark.also attended the meeting. Mr. Ferragamo stated that the t <br /> existing building, south of Mashpee Rotary, is situated on a trapezoid-shaped parcel of <br /> land that also has a sloping topography. <br /> Plans call for the first floor of the existing building to stay within the same footprint with <br /> construction of a square-shaped addition on the southerly side of the building. The two <br /> floor levels would be tied together. Mr. Ferragamo referred to the site and building plans. <br /> He said that the single-story appearance would be maintained with the proposed plans. <br /> The permitted lot coverage would total 8.4%. Zoning By-laws require a 75-foot setback <br /> from Great Neck Road and the proposal calls for a 64.4-foot setback. <br /> yam. <br /> A new Title V septic system would be installed. All of the storm waters from the parking <br /> lot would be handled according to Mashpee's newest storm water management laws and <br /> would be an improvement to Mashpee River Watershed. <br />
