Nelson, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. Mr. Regan flglll' . <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Michael Borselli represented the Petitions and stated that the owner was given i'u�ilN <br /> permission from the Conservation Commission and the DEP under Chapter 91 for a <br /> pier, ramp and float in the early 1990's. However, the pier, ramp and float were not <br /> constructed in compliance with the plan or according to the license. Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant a Variance of 31 feet, subject to plan dated November 6, 2000. <br /> Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Roy M. Ricci—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for ai <br /> permission to vary the side setback requirements to allow for construction of an addition <br /> and to allow for a pre-existing, non-conforming shed on property located in an R-5 <br /> zoning district at 21 Pequot Road (Map 29 Block 87) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and Zella E. Elizenberry. ; <br /> Mr. Ricci represented his Petition and stated that he would like to add a breezeway and a <br /> two-car garage with a family room above to his existing home. Mr. Ricci is requesting a <br /> 6.5-foot Variance from the side setback requirements. Mr. Regan agreed that location of <br /> the homes on the lots in the neighborhood creates a hardship for homeowners who desire <br /> to construct additions to their homes. <br /> :uE,, <br />
