After reviewing the Petition, Mr. Nelson suggested
to the Board that there has been no change in the request and that this request is merely a ,
duplication of the Variance,V-98-113, granted by the ZBA in 1998 to Bennett Gordon, Jr.
No comments were received from abutters.
Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Variance from the frontage requirements, subject to the
same findings as V-98-113. Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed.
Raymond P. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Frederick R. Borgeson. n fl'UdG
Mr. Moe Casanelli represented the Petition and stated that the proposed addition would
be under the allowed 30% lot coverage in a cluster subdivision.
Mr. Leo McCabe, Vice President of Seabrook Meadows Association, submitted a Petition
signed by 18 neighbors in opposition to the request for a Variance. He said that granting
the Variance would create a"bad precedent" for the remaining undeveloped lots in the
neighborhood. Mr. McCabe also said that the homeowners purchased their lots because
the restrictive covenants would guarantee and protect open space.
Mr. McCabe also submitted letters from Seabrook Meadows to Mr. Esper and a copy of
the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for homeowners in the area.
Mr. Borgeson moved to continue the Petition until December 13, 2000 to allow the
Petitioner an opportunity to submit detailed house plans. Mr. Nelson seconded. All lilluf`
agreed. {
George H. & Marie A.
