All agreed. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Mr. Paul Silva, builder for the project, represented the Petition. Mrs. Jackson also <br /> attended the meeting. Mr. Silva stated that the Jacksons have owned the cottage since <br /> 1960. Demolition of the cottage would allow for construction of a new, single-family <br /> dwelling. The lot coverage would be well under the allowed 20%. <br /> The Board agreed that the proposal would be an improvement to the neighborhood and to <br /> the subject property. II <br /> I <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1, 4, 6 and that the <br /> proposal would be an improvement with removal of the existing structure, construction of <br /> a new dwelling and installation of a new septic system. Mr. Brem seconded.
