The ad for this Petition will run in the newspaper on November 24 <br /> and December 1, 2000 and is scheduled for the December 13, 2000 Public Hearings). <br /> Steven C. & Patricia M. Bell—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to construction a pier, ramp and float on Popponesset <br /> Creek on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 45 Popponesset Island Road <br /> (Map 106 Block 14)Mashpee, MA. I•`� <br /> Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that <br /> plans call for construction of a small, 10x6-foot float. The Harbormaster has determined <br /> the location of the float. The Conservation Commission has approved the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings, 1, 4, 6 and that <br /> construction of the pier, ramp and float shall be subject to construction of the proposed <br /> dwelling on the subject property. Ms. Elizenberry seconded. VIII <br /> Owner of record of 17 Waterline Drive North: New Seabury Properties. <br /> Shirley Silver—Requests a Variance from Section 174-2519 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to exceed the dock length limit to allow for construction of a walkway,pier, <br /> ramp and float on Great River on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 43 „� N <br /> Waterline Drive South and 17 Waterline Drive North(Map 120 Block 148 and Map 120 <br /> Block 147) Mashpee, MA.
