All agreed. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> The Mattress & Furniture Place—Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-51.B and �p�pi"° <br /> 174-55.B of the Zoning By-laws for permission to erect permanent signage on property <br /> located in an I-1 zoning district at 106 Falmouth Road (Map 54 Block 5) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Owner of record: Duck Pond Limited Partnership. <br /> IN�Oi"�ami�i <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G.Nelson and Frederick R. Mr. Regan <br /> stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. Michael Borselli from Holmes &McGrath represented the Petition and stated that <br /> the pre-existing, non-conforming, nine-bedroom dwelling would be demolished and ��i 11 <br /> replaced <br /> replaced with a new, four-bedroom home. The Conservation Commission has approved { <br /> the proposal. The Board of Health has approved the proposed installation of a new Title <br /> V septic system. <br /> Mr. Borgeson questioned the exact location of the new construction.
