Mr. Drowne said <br /> that the plan was developed in compliance with the original Special Permit that limits the <br /> amount of parking spaces to 45. Ms. Fox <br /> sent a letter and made several phone calls to the ZBA ofceprior to the Public Hearings <br /> reiterating her concerns. Ms. Fox said that she wanted assurance from the new owner <br /> that employees and boat owners with parking rights at Half Tide Marina would not park <br /> their cars on the street. She also questioned if fire apparatus and emergency vehicles <br /> would be able to gain access to the street. Ms. Fox also said that she wants "No Parking <br /> signs"posted on both sides of the street. She questioned if the Petitioner had permission I INN, <br /> to park the three storage trailers on the property. Ms. Fox said that the trash in the area is <br /> a problem and said that she wanted the new owner to "put in writing to their consumers <br /> that they use the garbage bins within their own facility". Finally, Ms. Fox said that <br /> Willowbend is generating a lot more traffic and that the parking situation "is an accident <br /> waiting to happen". <br /> Messrs. Cimeno and Quinn, direct abutters, stated their concerns with the parking I� <br /> problems, the fire and safety apparatus access and the excessive trash and litter on Frog <br /> Pond Close. Mr. Cimeno said that he favors the proposal and improvement of the subject <br /> property. Mr. and Ms. Quinn asked for clarification of the additional slips as shown on <br /> the plan. <br /> Mr. Regan said that he found the plan and the original Special Permit to be a bit ,llll,o <br /> confusing. He <br /> suggested that the neighbors contact the proper authorities with jurisdiction in those <br /> areas.
