Board Members present were Vice <br /> II <br /> Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G.Nelson, and Associate Members Zella E. <br /> Elizenberry, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. Chairman Edward M. Govoni <br /> and Associate Member Richard T. Guerrera were not in attendance. Building I��fl"p�u90ii+ <br /> Commissioner William F. Hauck and Building Inspector Russell W. Wheeler attended <br /> the meeting. <br /> Mr. Regan opened the meeting and thanked everyone for coming to the Public Hearings <br /> on the night before Thanksgiving. He explained that the meeting was rescheduled I <br /> because the Mashpee Enterprise failed to publish notice for the November 8, 2000 <br /> meeting.
