I Half Tide Marina-Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish a pre-existing, non-conforming structure and construct a commercial building for the purpose of boat office, boat sales, boat repair and storage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 21 Frog Pond Close (Map 90 Block 83)Mashpee,MA. Owner of record: Edgewater Investment, Ltd. I f is The Petitioner asked for a continuance/extension of the Petition for a Special Permit. Mr.Nelson moved to grant the extension until February 2001. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All agreed. OTHER BUSINESS Southport Mr. Ron Bonvie stated that he is updating the Board. He reminded the Board that a year ago Southport wanted to build another 70 units on the subject property. Southport informed the Building Department and the ZBA and received the building permits. Mr. Bonvie said that Southport is ready for the next phase of construction of 107 units. He submitted a copy of the site plan. Construction of the golf course has been �� T commenced. No modifications or changes are being requested at this time. The Board studied the plans. Mr. Hauck reminded Mr. Bonvie to number the units. Mr. Bonvie said that Town Clerk Debbie Dami is in the process of approving the numbers and street addresses. MINUTES Mr.Nelson moved to accept the Minutes of November 22, 2000. Mr. Guerrera seconded.
