Board Members present were Clerk <br /> Robert G.Nelson and Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E.Elizenberry. <br /> Chairman Edward M. Govoni,Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, and Associate <br /> Members Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem were not in attendance. Building , <br /> Commissioner William F. Hauck and Building Inspector Russell W. Bohnenberger—Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning f <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the setback requirements from water and wetlands to I <br /> allow for construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning I 'I <br /> district at 43 Riverside Road(Map 119 Block 75)Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: <br /> Fred &Marie M. Bohnenberger. <br /> Sitting: Robert G.Nelson,Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> Mr. Jeffrey Johnson of Holmes &McGrath represented the Petition. The Board granted a <br /> Special Permit to allow for demolition of the existing dwelling at the November 22, 2000 <br /> Public Hearings. The request is for a Variance from the setback requirements to water <br /> and wetlands to allow for construction of a new single-family home on the subject <br /> property. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Guerrera moved to grant a Variance of 25 feet from the setback requirement to water <br /> and wetlands, subject to criteria 1, 3, 4, findings 1, 3, 4, that installation of a septic <br /> system would be an improvement and the proposed construction would be farther from <br /> the water and wetlands than the existing dwelling. Ms. Elizenberry seconded.
