Keohane SP-01-2 6 Cross Tree Way Map 112 Block 20 s A Petition was filed on November 12, 2000 by Jeffrey P. and Diane C. Keohane of Barrington, Illinois for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing dwelling and construct a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 6 Cross Tree Way k �S (Map 112 Block 20)Mashpee, MA. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General H Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 22 and wx December 29, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on I Wednesday, January 10, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III +h,x and Robert G.Nelson. few; The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the ,Rf provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of 'i Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petition and stated that proposed construction of the new home would be located further away from the side setback requirements than the existing dwelling. The proposal meets the setback requirements. The Board of Health has approved removal of the existing cesspool and replacement with the installation of a new de-nitrification system that would be located further away from the water and wetlands. No comments were received from abutters. u t
