Keohane <br /> of Barrington, Illinois for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing dwelling and construct a <br /> single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 6 Cross Tree Way <br /> k <br /> �S <br /> (Map 112 Block 20)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> H Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 22 and <br /> wx December 29, 2000, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> I <br /> Wednesday, January 10, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> +h,x and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> few; <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> ,Rf <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> 'i Mashpee Zoning By-laws. j <br /> Mr. David Sanicki of Cape &Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that proposed construction of the new home would be located further away from <br /> the side setback requirements than the existing dwelling. The proposal meets the setback <br /> requirements. <br /> The Board of Health has approved removal of the existing cesspool and <br /> replacement with the installation of a new de-nitrification system that would be located <br /> further away from the water and wetlands. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> u <br /> t <br />
