Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 5 and January 12, 1 <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. J <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 24, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> I 4 <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III <br /> and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> I <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr.Nailor represented his Petition and stated that plans call for relocation of his <br /> sheet metal and air-conditioning business. The proposal calls for construction in the <br /> industrial park of a 7500-square foot commercial building with a shop, storage and office <br /> areas.
