R <br /> Mashpee Zoning David A.Nailor SP-01-15 2 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA <br /> Section 9 of Chapter 40A and Section 174-24C of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws <br /> require that the permit granting authority determine that the proposed use and <br /> development are consistent with applicable law, rules and regulations;that there will be <br /> no adverse effect on public health or safety; that there will not be an excessive demand <br /> upon community facilities created as a result of the proposal; and that there will not be a <br /> significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 67 Industrial Drive and consists of 1.35 <br /> acres of land. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS 9 <br /> The Board determined that: I <br /> 1. the proposal is an allowed use within an I-1 zoning district with grant of a <br /> I <br /> Special Permit by the Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> e <br /> 2. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a <br /> result of the proposal. s <br /> fl, <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion ' <br /> duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January <br /> 10,2001 to grant a Special Permit.
